Complete mechanical services design for the new fire station at RAF Waddington, which was built to replace the base’s original ageing fire station. The design brief included substantial sound attenuation to reduce noise from aircraft activity outside. Services include heating, air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation and water services. The design incorporated condensing boilers and heat recovery air handling plant.
